This leather stable halter comes from the Bridles & Reins collection, it is also extremely comfortable for every horse.
Beautifully crafted in Elite quality Leather, special polished & clincher on the nose and cheeks make the looks of this product elegant.
Soft calfskin inner padding on the noseband & crown piece makes this halter very comfortable and easy to use.
Adjustable chin and double crown buckles make the easy & comfortable fit for the horse. The rolled throat lash is removable with a snap for quick fixing.

How to measure your horse's halters?
To choose the right size, you'll need 4 key measurements on your horse,
- Crownpiece (poll strap)
- Throatlatch
- Cheekpiece
- Noseband (around)
Start with the crownpiece, as it sets the foundation for the rest of the fit. Place the measuring tape at the top of the horse’s cheekbone, just below the base of the ear, and slightly behind the eye (this is where the ring would sit if a halter were on). Bring the tape up the side of the face, over the poll, and down the other side, stopping at the same point on the opposite cheekbone.
Once you have this measurement, compare it with the size chart to find your horse’s base size and, use this same reference point (top of the horse's cheekbone) to measure the other parts — throatlatch, cheekpiece, and noseband — in the recommended order, to confirm the correct overall fit.
NOTE: The crownpiece ring has a 1.5" internal diameter, which you can account for when measuring each part for greater accuracy.

We have a mare who is learning to stand in cross ties/gets frustrated if you walk away from her. This gorgeous halter did exactly what it needed to do. Breakaway strap broke cleanly when she pulled back in the cross tied and thankfully is replaceable with a new padded strap through Bridles & Reins. I’m always pleasantly surprised by the quality of items for the price. I also ordered my dog a collar & leash to match the horse halter and those are also lovely.
