Any unwanted product must be returned within 15 days from the moment your Bridles & Reins order is delivered.

 

Returns

 

We understand that there are occasions when a product simply isn't right for you and you want to return or exchange it. You have 15 days to return any item(s) as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging. The important details for before starting a return are listed below:

  • The return must be started within the 15 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition in which it is received.
  • Item(s) must also be in the original packaging with all the tags in proper place.
  • You will need to write your reason for return.
  • You will need receipt or proof of purchase to authorize your return. 
  • Any item sold under the Clearance Sale will not be subject to Return or Exchange.
  • Custom Orders will not be subject to Return or Exchange. 
  • Please allow sizing tolerance of 1 cm. for Girths. 
  • No return will be accepted in case you order wrong size. Please make sure you check the size charts before ordering.
    • If you have any confusion understanding the size charts, drop us an email and we will be happy to resolve. 
    • If you need any customizations, please mention them under "Seller Notes" while placing your order.

    If the product sent to you possess some different specifications or manufacturing defect, your request will be heard and attended with due patience and attention. Serious attempts would be made to get the product exchanged with the correct item or with the correct and desired specifications.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Late or missing refunds

     

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, these are some of the things you can do:

    1. Wait for some time and check your bank account again
    2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially intimated and posted

    It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

    You will be responsible for paying for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time consumable for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. On returning the products, do intimate us the tracking details.
