How to measure your Stirrup Leathers?

To find the right length for your stirrup leathers (A), measure from the saddle clip (A1) to the slot of your stirrups (A2), ensuring the stirrups are positioned at the ideal length for you. Do not include the length of the stirrups or measure to the bottom of your foot.

For wide stirrup leathers only, measure the wide section (B) from the start of the leather (B1) to the start of calfskin leather (B2).

How to measure wide stability stirrup leathers?

    These leathers are wonderful! For the price, they are so extremely soft and supple and I love that the holes are numbered. The only thing is they don't match my saddle color which doesn't really bother me. I got the Havana color and it's too dark for my saddle, but I'm sure the color will adjust as I ride in them more and clean them!

    I have bought quite a few leather items from ExionPro and each one has exceeded my expectations. I find their leather is softer, more supple and the stitching quality is far superior than the more pricey brand names. My last purchase was a pair of the black stirrup leathers and OMG are they nice! For the price you can NOT beat these!     I purchased this set of Oak Brown after I was super impressed with the black leathers - this pair is not nearly as buttery or supple, doesn't have the same feel and are a lackluster color. I'm hoping they impress me when I rig them up and ride in them.

    I am a very lanky male rider, and I've been trying to find leathers that don't stretch so bad over time. I take care to mount from a tall mounting block as to not use my stirrup to mount at all, as well as switching which sides the leathers are on once weekly and I still seem to run into the issue of my leather stretching out quickly. My question is, are these leathers fairly durable? It seems like most leathers now a days are so soft that they just stretch like crazy.

    It is true that most leathers are soft and stretch over time but to prevent that we at bridlesandreins.com use nylon tape to manufacture our triple covered leather stirrups and then stitch the leather around it.

    The nylon tape grips the leather on the stirrups making them even more durable and also prevents them from stretching.
