    My dog's neck measures 19 inches. Should I buy the 24 inch collar?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the information! If your dog’s neck measures 19", we would recommend going with the 20" collar rather than the 24".

    Our collar sizes are based on the middle hole measurement, so the 20" collar provides an adjustment range of 18"–22", giving you a comfortable 2" adjustment on either side.

    What is the width of these collars?
    My dog has a 12 inch neck so which one should I get?
    And how do o view the brown one?

    Hi Susan,

    The crystal dog collars are 3/4" wide, while the others are 1" wide.

    If your dog has a 12" neck, you'll need a custom size—either 12" or 13"—which will be narrower to suit the smaller fit.
    To request a custom size, simply leave a note in the 'Order Notes' section during checkout, and we'll take care of it for you.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have photos of this particular collar in brown.
