A bib running attachment is similar to a running martingale with the gap between the two upper straps filled in with a leather bib. Bib martingales are most often used in racing and are designed to prevent the animal from catching the martingale straps in its mouth. 

This running attachment has Soft leather that provides the horse with a guideline to stay in and prevents the horse from putting its head up. This martingale can be adjusted with a number of holes and has a strap to attach to the breast collar.

Amazing!

I order this for my horse back in early December. It took about 2 months to arrive but I am very impressed with the quality of the product. Took some oiling with mineral oil to get soft and is a bit thinner than expected but is amazing! I will be ordering a matching martingale.
