Blue bling collar

The collar is sturdy leather and customer service had been responsive. Unfortunately I have to replace 2 stones that have already fallen out in the first 3 weeks. The stone clasp has sharp edges.aside from that it’s a beautiful collar and seems to be a good company so far.

After reviewing your concern, we’ve identified the issue and will be upgrading the casing for the crystals of this collar, increasing the number of teeth from 4 to 8. Please note that all other crystals already have an 8 teeth casing, so you shouldn't encounter this problem with those or the new crystals of this collar.
